Part 1 (40 marks) A large train company, RRR has many stations, and each station sells train tickets to customers. For efficiency purpose and reduction of passengers' queuing time at ticket counter, RRR would like to automate the sales of train tickets by using an automatic ticket vending machine (ATVM). You are required to help design this ATVM. The following is a brief description of the activities for each ticket sale transaction in this ideal ATVM: Customer must enter the origin and destination stations, then ATVM displays different ticket prices (e.g. adult, concessionary, return and single) between the origin and destination stations. Customer enters the number of adult, concessionary, single/return tickets, then ATVM displays the total price for these tickets. Customer inserts the necessary amount of cash (\$) into ATVM. ATVM will then give out the correct amount of tickets and money changes (if any). Note the followings: - each ATVM displays the accepted coin, cash notes value into the machine. - cancellation can be done by customers at any stage during a ticket sale transaction. - Validity of ticket is the same as the date of purchase of tickets. 1 From the above description, draw a data flow diagram showing the flow of input information (and/or data) and output information (and/or data) to and from processes and data stores within this print order processing system and any external environmental elements that interact with this system. You MUST use SSADM notation - see notes on data flow diagrams. In this diagram, you must identify the following: a. processes inside this automatic ticket vending machine (ATVM) system, b. data stores, external environmental elements that interact with any of the processes identified in (a) c. input and output information (or data) to and from each of the processes, data stores and external environmental elements identified in (a) and (b), (Hint: there is one environmental element that interact with this ATVM , and FOUR main processes in this ATVM) (State any assumptions - if any - you make about this system.)
