Based on your collaboration tool recommendation, develop a training and implementation project schedule to roll out the selected collaboration tool to your organization.

A high level set of activities include:

Determine the types of training $($in$-$class, facilitated webinar, training on demand, train the trainer$)$

Training Material Development $($who will design, write and produce the training$)$

Determine training sessions $($have a minimum of $3$ sessions$)$ and the training dates

Conduct training sessions

Assess results and future training needs

Include a client sign off for training material development as a milestone

The project schedule should include a minimum of $15$ tasks each with their own duration and dependencies $($i$.$e$.$ sequencing$)$ in the project schedule. Resources should be assigned to each task in the project schedule.

The project schedule should include at a minimum the following resources:

$1.$ Training Facilitator

$2.$ Training Coordinator

$3.$ Technical Writer

The project schedule can be completed in either Microsoft Project or Gantter.com
