Use the starting network address and starting prefix to develop an IPv$4$ and IPv$6$ addressing scheme.

Use full IPv$6$ compression when determining addresses

Use the $4$th hextet and the $4$th nibble to subnet

Subnet to a $/64$ prefix length

Start the private IPv$6$ subnets with the $"1"$ subnet, not the $0$ subnet

Subnet the private IPv$6$ Networks from biggest to smallest.
