Part $2)$ Revise Document $10\mathrm{.}1$ according to your plans outlined in the memo you wrote to Ms$.$ Emeretto.

Head's Up: I am looking for a substantial revision here; if you want to earn credit for this revision, you're going to need to do more than change a few terms and rework a few sentences! I will be looking for your thorough reworking of this document according to all of the advice offered in this chapter.

Part $3)$ Write a paragraph of reflection: Once you've revised your policy statement, please review it again. How successfully did your revisions follow the plan you outlined to Ms$.$ Emeretto? Give at least two examples of sentences or passages that you revised, along with your original rationale for changing each of them. Do you think the changes reflect your rationale effectively? Do you have any new ideas about how you would revise these sentences or passages even more, if you had unlimited time to do so$?$
