Part 1: Analyze your OB team's effectiveness so far - specifically:

1. To what extent is your OB team effective up to this point in the semester based on the 4Cs of Team Effectiveness? Answer this by rating your OB team's effectiveness overall and for each of the 4Cs on a scale of 0-10 (0=lowest, 10=highest), and explaining your ratings through an honest and critical assessment of your team's effectiveness, e.g. strengths and weaknesses. Include early signs of social loafing and groupthink in the relevant Cs. Make sure that you utilize what we have covered in class (e.g. levels of involvement per member including you in first C, constructive vs destructive and task vs emotional conflict in second C, etc.), support your assessments with specific examples, and tie with specific outcomes, i.e. specify how strengths you identified led to specific positive outcomes, and weaknesses have led to negative outcomes, e.g. time usage, progress made on milestones, creativity, decision quality, meeting emotional needs of team members, etc. Your analysis with examples must justify the ratings you gave.
2. List all the communication channels (e.g. text messaging, telephone, video conference, face-to-face communication, etc.) your team has utilized to work on the OB team project so far - for each, assign a percentage that reflects the frequency of usage by your team and indicate extent of channel richness. Then assess how these (frequency of using and extent of richness) have impacted your team's effectiveness and performance. Include various specific team performance measures such as milestones completed on time, project requirements met, quantity and quality of members' involvement, quality of decisions, etc.
