PART 1: ANIMATION:
Using skills gained based on tutorial material presented in class you will make a 10 second looping animated walk cycle of your character from Assessment 1. The animation (ie how the character walks, struts, bounces etc) must reflect the mood and emotions of the character from your original designs
Submission specification: Both digital or traditional methods will be accepted. Please export the video in H.264 or mp4 codec, 1024 x 576p HD format.
Submission details: Include your animation's YouTube or Vimeo link in your Storyboard document and upload to Canvas.
PART 2: STORYBOARD:
Students will develop their adaptation process from Assessement 1 to storyboard their chosen flash fiction. The storyboard must be at least 24 panels (4 pages long) and presented using the template provided. The storyboard should include correct boarding conventions such as camera arrows and text descriptions.
Whilst adaptation is about an interpretation of a story, it does not mean that you produce a literal adaptation of the story. The intent of the author and the central premise of the story should be
maintained in your adaptation.
