Part $2$: Create and Populate Relations

$1.$ Map the ER diagram to a relational model and create the relations in MySQL$.(1$ Mark$)$

$2.$ Enter at least $10$ tuples for each relation. Your solution should include the screenshots of your relations with data. $(1$ Mark$)$
