Part $1$: Develop a Script that Creates Directories and Folders $(\frac{0}{1}$ completed$)$

In this scenario, you are a Windows administrator for a small business. You are responsible for access management in your company. Management wants to ensure that the company is properly implementing access controls using ACLs. Management is convinced that human error is too common in manual processes and wants you to automate as much of the access management workload as possible.

To fulfill management's request, develop a script that can be used to create new directories and folders on demand. You may use scripts from past exercises for some of the code, but keep in mind that this script is meant to be used repeatably and must be able to accept the name of the directory and folders$/$subfolders as inputs.
