Part 1: Pick a Business Analyst position currently open in your local area. This should be a position in a fairly well-known company.

Part 2: Write a cover letter explaining how you, as an accountant, would be a great fit for the BA role. This body of the letter should contain a minimum of three paragraphs and 300 words, single-spaced. Feel free to embellish a bit where experience is concerned, as long as it is realistic.
