Part 1: pseudocode for the ROC Calculator (15 points)

Using pseudocode, develop an algorithm to accomplish ROI calculator. Include standard documentation and comments.

Part 2: Webpage (15 points)

Create a webpage explaining the concept of ROI. You can include some explanation and resources in case your clients want to explore on their own.

The second portion of the page is a table, showing project information, i.e., project name, initial investment (i.e., the cost) and gain. The table also include net profit and ROI. At this point, your program is just a webpage not able to take user input and calculate ROI yet.

At the end of the page, include your name.

2. a link of related topic
3. background color other than white
4. font: multiple colors, font face, style etc.
