PART $1$: Team Expectations & Behaviours $($informal$)$

In your groups, brainstorm and discuss team expectations and behaviours that would be mandatory for each team member and yourselves. This activity is meant to be informal and more of a collaborative discussion, but one that will provide guidance for Part $2($research$),$ that you will build your team charter from and should enable your team to become:

a$)$ High$-$performing & self$-$managed work team

b$)$ High$-$performing & self$-$directed team members

As noted above, this part along with Part $2,$ will be completed in class February $1^{st}$ and will be submitted by the team members who attended the Feb. $1^{st}$ class. Failure to attend class will result in a zero grade for Parts $1$&$2.$
