Conduct in$-$depth research on your chosen leadership topic. Use a variety of reputable sources, such as books, scholarly articles, and credible websites.

Organize the information and create an outline for your presentation. Identify key points, examples, and supporting evidence to make your presentation

informative and engaging.

Prepare a slide deck or visual aids to complement your presentation. Ensure the visual components are clear, relevant, and enhance your content.

Part $3$: Presentation

Deliver a $10-15$ minute in$-$class presentation on your chosen leadership topic. Ensure that your presentation covers the following aspects:

Introduction to the topic and its significance

Key concepts and theories related to the topic

Real$-$world examples or case studies

Challenges and potential solutions

Personal reflections or insights, if applicable

Engage the audience through clear and effective communication. Use visual aids appropriately and maintain eye contact with the audience.

Part $4$: Peer Evaluation

After all presentations are completed, each student will evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the presentations of their peers. Evaluate based
