Please update your existing Adobe Spark Brochure to include the following:

WORKPLACE LAW

You hire Raja to work in the retail portion of your business. After a few months, Raja shows up to work on crutches with his leg in a cast. Concerned that Raja is unable to stock shelves and serve customers you fire Raja on the spot.

1. Based upon ONLY these facts, which act/statute/legislation have you violated, and why? Explain in detail
2. Identify two specific ways you could have modified Raja's job to allow him to continue working ? Explain in detail
3. Explain why you had a legal obligation to modify Raja's work.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW

In Test #1 you included a logo for your company. Some of you created your own logo and some of you copied a logo from an existing company. But each of you receive a letter from a company that thinks you copied their logo demanding that you stop using their logo.

1. Which type of intellectual property are they alleging you violated?
2. From a legal perspective, explain why you have or have not violated their intellectual property. Explain in detail

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Each partner must identify the following:

• A change you can make in your everyday life that would contribute to sustainable living/meeting a sustainable development goal (2 marks per student)
  • Your answer is NOT about the business you've imagined. Instead, this is about how you, right now, in your current role as a student, as an employee, as a member of your community can act more sustainably and meet an SDG
  • Your answer should identify:
    1. The change you can make in your everyday life; and
    2. The sustainable development goal that your change furthers/meets
• Please note, You must come up with your idea
