a) You will use the sample wedding itinerary provided in the Assignment Part 1 Attachment to create a Wedding Planner Timeline for your self as the Wedding Planner (this one does not need to look pretty or dressed up).
b) You will create a second timeline using the same information as a guideline but this time you want to only include the information that would be relevant to your clients. This one you will want to make look a bit nicer for your clients as you would normally make this match with their theme or vision for their wedding.
**Use the examples from this week's lesson to guide you, and I want you to take the information given to determine the best times for your timeline to play out. This may mean that some of you have slightly different times provided and that is okay as long as the flow makes sense and fits the notes on timing in the assignment.
For Example: If the itinerary instructions were to say the speeches happen before dessert. One student might have speeches at 7pm and dessert at 8pm and another might have speeches at 630pm and dessert still at 8 if that fits with the rest of the information given. But if you put dessert at 8pm and speeches 9pm then that would not work with the flow as it would not follow the itinerary instructions.**
PART 2- USE THE COUPLE PROFILE UPDATES ATTACHED
a) Imagine you have met with your clients again and you have gained new information from them about what they want for their wedding based on the attached Couple Profile Updates.
Using this information, I want you to choose 3 special/unique items, ideas, trends, or entertainment options that you think would be great options for your clients based on all of the information you have been given for them up until now (Hint: Don't forget the other Couple Profile Information you have already collected from Assignment 2 and 3).
You can be as creative and think as big as you would like for this one as I am going to allow you to ignore the wedding budgets when thinking of these ideas.
Remember that the Couple Profile updates are suggestions. You don't have to provide exactly what they like but think of something that fits with everything that you have learned about these Couples throughout the course of these assignments.
This is your chance to show off your unique style and creativity on how you would WOW or Surprise a client if you could with a great idea to make their wedding stand out and make a statement!! This is your chance to stand out as a Wedding Planner!

Part 1: Worth 30 Marks (20 Marks for the Wedding Planner Timeline/10 Marks for the Client Timeline)
Part 2: Worth 15 Marks (5 Marks for each suggestion)
**Possible Bonus Points: 3 Bonus points possible (1 bonus point for providing supplier, supplier website, and price per couple profile suggestion)
