With reference to the attached drawing no$.$ CON$4110/$MD$/001$A$,$ prepare a takingoff list and take off all quantities for the sub$-$structure works in accordance with HKSMM$4/4$R$.$ All calculations should be completed in a dimension paper format. Relevant cross$-$reference of the HKSMM$4/4$R shall be quoted in the answers.

$-$ All surplus excavated materials shall be removed from the Site to a specified dumping area provided by the Employer;

$-$ Quality of formwork: Sawn formwork;

$-$ R$.$C$.$ footings, walls and beds: Reinforced concrete grade $30$D$/20$;

$-$ Blinding layer. Plain concrete grade $100/20$;

$-$ Hardcore bed. Concrete rubbles and surfaces to be blinded with coarse sand;

$-$ One layer of $1\mathrm{.}2$ mm thick polythene sheet is to be laid between concrete bed and hardcore bed.
