In your role as CEO, however, you realize that the relationship between your company and the community is mutually beneficial, and the company could not survive without its employees, the business opportunities offered by a growing marketplace, and the physical and legal infrastructure that the government provides.

Last weekend, a powerful storm pushed the Logan River past flood stage and threatened to inundate your companys office and warehouse. More than 200 volunteers worked alongside your employees to fill and stack sandbags to protect your buildings. The city council authorized heavy equipment and staff to help in the emergency effort.

Your task: Write a post for your companys Facebook page thanking the citizens and government officials of Loganville. 100- 200 word message.

Part 3) 1 Bad News Email.

Your company markets a line of rugged smartphone cases designed to protect the sensitive devices from drops, spills, and other accidents. Your guarantee states that you will reimburse customers for the cost of a new phone if the case fails to protect it from a drop of no more than 6 feet onto any surface; spills of any beverage or common household chemical; being crushed by any object of up to 100 pounds, or being chewed on by dogs, cats, or other common household pets. You receive an email from Jack Simmons, a rancher from Wyoming, requesting a reimbursement after he dropped his iPhone in his hog barn and a 900-pound boar crushed it in a single bite.

Your Task: Write a response email back to the customer, denying the request.

Part 4) 1 Persuasive Letter.

You recently graduated from UTA and work at Fidelity. As part of a new sales campaign, write a three-paragraph persuasive letter that targets recent UTA graduates and persuades them to start a retirement account with your company. This letter must follow our textbook guidelines for persuasive writing and include all component parts of persuasive writing as outlined during class by your professor.

Follow these general guidelines for this assignment:

• Design a letterhead for your company in Part 4.
• Use email templates from textbook and block letter template from the textbook Appendix
• Letters have font sizes of 11 or 12 NO SMALLER OR POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED
• Maximum size for letter is one page
• Invent peoples names, addresses, details, etc. when necessary BUT do not change the core information in the case studies.
