Part $2-$ Ch $1$ Programming Problems

Use any high$-$level programming language you prefer for the following programming exercises.

Do not use those built$-$in library functions or operators that accomplish these tasks automatically.

Examples are, but not limited to:

sprintf, sscanf, stringstream operators $<<$ or $>>,$ etc, from the C$++$ library, or toHexString, getNumericValue, println, parseInt$(),$ etc, in Java

Submission Requirements:

$1.$ Submit one source file with Complete Listing of your program, including test code, written in any language of your preference, e$.$g$.$ C$++,$ JAVA, Python, etc.

$2.$ In addition, save the source file in pdf format and submit it$,$ especially If your computer is in any foreign language$($non$-$English$)$ mode. This requirement has to do with the incompatibility between the Canvas Document Viewer and source file using Unicode$($in non$-$English computers$).$ If I couldn't view your code in Canvas, I can't grade your work!

$3.$ Paste the screen capture of the record of execution $/$ outputs to a pdf file, or the same pdf file in step $(2)$ above. This is to prove that you Have tested your program and it runs with correct output.
