Part 2- Develop and facilitate team cohesion This part requires you to review the information above and BizOps organisational operational plan, business plan and performance, and development plan. You are required to develop and facilitate team cohesion to lead and manage BizOps team effectiveness for your outlet. Task Four a) Outline the strategies you will use to ensure team members have an input into the planning, decision-making and operational aspects of their work. BizOps currently has no policies or procedures around allowing and encouraging employees to take responsibility for their own work and to assist others to perform their roles and responsibilities within the team. Considering this you are required to draft policy and a set of procedures that would help team members to achieve the team objectives. It may be relevant to utilise the information that has already been documented in completing tasks 1-3 above. b) BizOps currently has a formal feedback process that is documented in the performance improvement and development plan template. Senior managers feel this process alone is not appropriate as a mechanism to provide feedback to staff.
