You are required to develop and facilitate team cohesion to lead and manage BizOps team effectiveness for your outlet. Considering this you are required to draft policy and a set of procedures that would help team members to achieve the team objectives. It may be relevant to utilise the information that has already been documented in completing tasks 1-3 above. b) BizOps currently has a formal feedback process that is documented in the performance improvement and development plan template. Senior managers feel this process alone is not appropriate as a mechanism to provide feedback to staff.
