Part 2 - Electronic Message The forwarded email The rather surprising subject line in your email inbox - "FWD: That's the wrong way to do it" - made you to think twice about even opening it. But because the sender was Vinya, one of the office assistants you supervise as the office manager at Stone + Simpson Accounting, you decided you should see what this odd email said. The message turned out to be one that Vinya had received from another office assistant on your team, Angela, and forwarded to you without Angela's knowledge. Angela's email was a blunt criticism of Vinya for setting up a new client's file incorrectly. Vinya admitted she had made an error in the client file setup procedure, but objected to Angela's tone and wanted you to respond to Angela's email and reprimand her.
