Part $2$: Group Assignment

Now that you have introduced yourself to your group members, your next task is to work together to complete the assignment. As noted above, you may use the Group Assignment Discussion Area to communicate and collaborate on this assignment or use an online, collaborative tool such as Google Docs so that you can work on the document simultaneously.

To complete the assignment, work together to create a group contract template and, in a subsequent written explanation, address the following points and questions related to work groups and teams:

Outline the content of your group contract template and briefly explain why you have chosen to organize it in the way that you have.

What do you see as the benefits of using a group contract like this for small$-$group work $($such as a group project for a course like this$)?$

What contributes to a group's success or problems? How have you addressed this in your group contract template?

Identify $2-3$ elements or features of your group contract that would be useful for supporting collaboration in a business context.

Structure

Include a cover page with the names and student numbers of all group members, and the course code.

Include table of contents clearly identifying each section of the assignment.

Include a reference page in APA style.

Note that you are expected to include at least two references in support of your responses to the above instructions $($one of these may be the online course textbook$)$

Length and space: $8$ pages maximum, double$-$spaced The cover page, table of contents and reference pages are not included in the total number of pages and content in tables should be single$-$spaced.
