Part $2$: Identify and report construction hazards

You are working on the construction site shown in the photo above.

Find two $(2)$ hazards in the above photo. Remember: A hazard is a source or situation with the potential to cause harm.

You must then verbally report those $2$ hazards to an appropriate person on site who can take further action. Just telling a co$-$worker is not sufficient.

In your answer make sure to:

State the appropriate person you would report the hazards to on site; AND

Pretend you are talking to that person and clearly tell them about the $2$ hazards you have identified. Answers cannot be accepted if they are not

provided in this role$-$play format.

Only hazards visible in the above photo can be accepted. Risks will not be accepted.

Remember $-$ while you should communicate hazards to your co$-$workers, you must state who you should report them to as part of the procedure for

reporting hazards on the worksite.
