Part $2$

In this part, all questions are based on the following tables and their relationships. I give you two SQL files so that you can copy and paste them in your Microsoft SQL Server.

$1.$ Please use a subquery to find the orders placed by the customers who locate in New York $($city not state$).$

$2.$ Please use a subquery to find the orders placed by the customers who locate in California and id larger than $1400.$

$3.$ use the subquery to lists all orders $($that order$\_$id is less than $10)$ with their max discount

$4.$ use the subquery to find the ID and names of all cyclocross bicycles products that the Bike Stores sell.

$5.$ use the subquery to find the customers $($customer$\_$id$,$ first$\_$name, last$\_$name$)$ whose ID is less than $10$ and bought products in $2017.$

$6.$ use the subquery to find the stores $($stores$\_$id$,$ stores$\_$name$)$ that bought products after $2017.$
