This can be completed during your initial meeting with the newly formed team and should include: the team's agreed-upon purpose communication protocols within the team methods for team communication with key stakeholders the frequency of team meetings procedures for providing feedback and addressing concerns and risks in alignment with the organisation's brand, values, processes, and policies
