Part 3: Role-play 2 - Implement Cloud Computing Before you can attempt this role play you must have completed Part 1 of this assessment. Instructions for completing the role-play via distance delivery (TAFE NSW online learning platform) or recording option for in-class students. Record and submit a recording of the role-play showing all participants. Use the Video Assessment Instructions to assist you with this process. You will need to gain authority from these participants to be recorded and submitted as evidence. This can be achieved by recording yourself asking" Do you give me permission to record this meeting and submit the recording as evidence to my teacher/assessor", and recording their response. This should occur before the role play begins. Instructions for completing the role-play in class. In a real-time assessment, your teacher/assessor will observe you and the other participants perform the role-play as in class. The purpose of this role-play is to introduce cloud computing to the workgroup and provide support for them to become efficient using cloud computing. This role play should take approximately 15 minutes. The evidence from this role play will be used as part of the overall evidence requirements of the unit. You will need to have four people present for the following roles: . Yourself as the individual who will present cloud computing to the client and their personnel. The client, Felicity, who owns the business and will use cloud computing for managing accounts and operations. Regina who is the office manager who will use cloud computing to manage the daily operations of the business including; orders and customer payments. The buyer who works for Felicity and will use cloud computing to manage purchasing requirements, such as, product and quantities. You will need to provide a brief demonstration of how to use the specific cloud computing service/resource to the group. Allow opportunities for the workgroup to ask questions during the demonstration. For each participant in the role-play, you will need to guide their role, so they can effectively engage with the event.TAFEE use During vour roleplav you must show the following: I promote implementation plan for cloud computing. including steps for implementation. This Checklist outlines the Performance Criteria, Performance Evidence and Assessment Conditions vou will be marking the student on. Part 4: Observation checklist 2 - Implement Cloud Computing The Observation checklist will be used by your assessor to mark your performance in Part 2 of this assessment. Use this checklist to understand what skills you are required to demonstrate during Role Play 2 of this assessment. This checklist outlines the Performance Criteria, Performance Evidence and Assessment Conditions you will be marked against. All the criteria must be met. Your demonstration will be used as part of the overall evidence requirements of the unit.
