Part 5: Questionnaires. Develop a questionnaire that you will distribute (at a later date) to collect quantitative information (24 points) a) From the information you have gathered in your interviews, identify the variables (characteristics) you are wanting to measure with your questionnaire. (Don't forget to make sure that the measurement of these will help you to achieve your research objective!) b) Create a questionnaire that you will use to collect data (at a later data). Your questionnaire should have at least 10 questions. For each question think about the scale you will use to collect the measurement. As you will want to be able to conduct statistical analysis with the data you collect, ensure that a good portion of the questions use scaling techniques that will facilitate this. Be sure to include at least one question with a nominal scale, one question with an ordinal scale, and two questions with an interval scale. For example: Our questionnaire might use a nominal scale to ask what type of coffee students prefer, an ordinal scale to ask how likely they would purchase coffee during class breaks, and an interval scale to understand the most they would be willing to pay for a cup of coffee. Week 11 Deliverable: Explanation of what you are hoping to answer with your questionnaire (from your interview). (4 points) Complete questionnaire you will distribute (at a later date). For each question, explain what you are hoping to measure, why, and the scale you will use. Note: you can use an online format for your questionnaire (MS Forms, Google forms, survey monkey, etc), however a pdf copy of the questionnaire, or word document containing the questions/responses is required.
