1. Identify two (2) recommendations for how the organization can address the business challenges or take advantage of the business opportunities based on your analysis. It is expected that one recommendation will be linked to the first course concept your team has selected and the second recommendation will be linked to the second concept. Also indicate the logic for why you expect these two recommendations to help solve the problem or leverage the business opportunity.

1. For each of the two recommendations, provide at least two (2) examples of management "best practices" which other organizations - either inside or outside the same industry of the organization, business unit, work group or department which your team is studying - have implemented to address similar challenges or opportunities. These real-life examples that other organizations have successfully used should be identical or at least similar/related to what your team is recommending. How might these practices be helpful to validate and offer credibility to your team's recommendations?
2. Foreach of the two recommendations, provide some potential downsides (e.g., provide one risk, one cost, and one possible unintended consequence) that might be important for the organization, business unit, work group or department to consider. Specifically, for each recommendation you should identify: (a) what's at least one reason why it might not work out, (b) what is at least one cost of implementing the recommendation (note that the benefits might still outweigh the costs, but it's good to identify the costs, too, and not just the benefits), and (c) what's at least one way that your recommendation could backfire and make things worse in some way, i.e., what's at least one unintended consequence that could occur.

1. Using your knowledge of influence principles discussed in class, provide two (2) ways that your team can communicate your findings in a way that will overcome any potential resistance from the client ( how you can use two influencing principles to persuade the organization for implementing your two recommendations).
