Part A:

Based on a real-life example, preferably a local company of your choice in KSA, work as a team to write a REPORT of no more than (1500 words +/- 10%) on the COVID 19 impact on enterprises performance. The report must cover the following questions:

Q1. Describe the problems faced by local enterprises in KSA due to COVID 19 and their impact. Discuss how systems dynamic modelling can be used to improve our understanding of the ways in which an organization's performance is related to its internal structure and operations policies, including those of customers, competitors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Identify the main variables of your situation. (600 words, 25 marks).

Q2. Develop a reference mode and draw a causal diagram for the above complexity and discuss the limitations of the causal diagram. Then explain how it might be used for policy analysis in your case. Support your answer with practical advices for the successful application (200 words, 30 marks).

Q3: As consultants use your understanding from the previous questions to evaluate the designed policies by Governments and other groups to help the enterprises to stand up again in the market (500 words, 25 marks).

Part B:

In a power point presentation: You have to submit an overall summary of the full report and reflect on your learning and applications of the SYS280 concepts (20 marks),
