Part A: Documenting the process and distilling important milestones Keep a journal of the process your team went through to develop your idea and distil the most important milestones in your ideation journey. The documentation of the journey is to be done using the journey tool on Blackboard. This will be set up for each team once team formation has taken place in week 4. The journal will form an appendix for your assignment. Use the journal tool in Blackboard to document the strategies you adopt, how you implement them and what were the resulting ideas. This will be set up for all groups in week 5. The distillation of important milestones is to be written up in a report. Your report will be graded based on the: Range and application of approaches that were taken to identify ideas Development of connections made between approaches in shaping the opportunity Careful analysis undertaken to determine if ideas have the potential to be a business opportunity Effort placed on the ideation journey
