PART A: PRICING
List your 5-7 menu items and put the price you intend to charge beside each.
\table[[\table[[Your],[Menu Item]],\table[[Your],[Price]],\table[[Competitor],[Name #1],[(Price for similar],[product)]],\table[[Competitor],[Name #2],[(Price for similar],[product)]]],[,,,],[,,,],[,,,],[,,,],[,,,],[,,,],[,,,]]
In general, what pricing strategy are you using to set your prices? (one of three strategies). Why are you using this strategy? What are you trying to achieve with your truck's positioning? How does the strategy align with your Target Market?
What prices do your two major competitors charge for similar menu items? (consider the competitors you analyzed for your competition analysis). Note: If you have unique menu items that the competitors don't have anything similar to, you can fill in "N/A"(not applicable) in the table.
What pricing policies could be used to sell your food? Identify at least 2 and explain your choices.
PART B: DISTRIBUTION
Food Truck owners use both "Direct" (they sell their food directly to consumers) and "Speciality" (they don't have a retail store but rather sell their products directly from their truck) channels for distribution.
In this section, it's time to think about appropriate places to locate your truck. Fill in the chart below with as many details as possible.
Place # 1- "Main Location"
Where will you be locating your Food Truck the majority of the time? Be specific as possible (street names, intersections, include a map). What times of the day will you be there? Note: You can assume that you can get a permit from the city to set up at your desired location. Remember to think about the type of food you are selling (breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, snacks, etc) and your target market (people who work downtown, students, people who go out late in the entertainment district downtown, etc). Explain in a paragraph your decisions with as many details as possible.

Place #2- "Secondary Location"
Do some research and determine the name of one appropriate community event/festival/fair/carnival, etc that you would also want your food truck to be set up at. This could be a one day event (ex. a city marathon) or a multi-day event (ex. Caribana Festival). Ensure it is a good fit for your target market you want them to be repeat customers in the future. Explain in a paragraph what the event is, and why you have selected it.

Place #3- "Personal Event"
Determine a personal event that you would want your food truck to be set up at. This could be a type of party, outdoor wedding, reunion, etc. Explain in a paragraph why you feel this type of personal event would be a great fit with your food truck theme. Note: You can assume that you are not charging customers at this event, but rather that the host of the event has agreed to pay the bill at the end of the event for all of the food that you provide guests.
