Part B - ACT During the Act stage, your team reflects on the plan and outcomes to determine if the plan resulted in success and if the improvement should be standardized and spread into regular practice. The PDSA cycle is ongoing for continued improvement. How would the rapid cycle change be spread if outcomes warranted? What would the implications for practice be based on the results of the PDSA cycle? How would you decide to Adopt, Adapt, or Abandon the change
