Review the following medication sheets completed for the Unit 1 medication assignment before your initial post: Warfarin sodium, furosemide, and acetaminophen.
Create a client scenario:
Include basic demographics of the patient, health care setting the client is in, and risk factors the client may have.
Identify the goal of the medication therapy, and the goal for each medication.
Identify important assessments the nurse should perform for the client taking these medications
