Part B: Create a 3D Model Using your plan from Part A, you will build a model of your space settlement. The model must meet the following guidelines: Model size must be a minimum of 18"x11" (2 pieces of printer paper taped together). The model needs to be large enough to show details of your settlement. There is no limit on how big you make it. Materials used to build your model must be 100% reused or repurposed items already in your house (no new store bought items!) For this assignment, LEGO and other building toys will be allowed, however they can't be more than 50% of your model. All buildings and facilities necessary for the function of the colony must be represented in the model including: housing/work structures, entertainment venues, energy and waste facilities, food and agriculture, medical facilities, climate control, etc. Add details to make them look unique and functional (doors, windows, etc) All buildings need to be labeled and easily identified Transportation systems need to be included to show how people move around inside the colony and what equipment is to be used. Include a model of the space ship used for transporting colonists to the settlement
