Part B: Function Meeting: Consult with colleagues - Function Roster Your assessor will assign 4 fellow students as the 'function team' during these tasks The task will last up to 20 minutes. You will have an interview for 5 minutes with each team member The 'Employee role play cards' will help your meeting partners with questions and answers during each interview. Write down the employee comments during the meetings. You will need this information to complete Part C, Changes to the staff roster based on feedback. You and the meeting participants must complete the 'Practical Assessment Record' table at the end of each interview to confirm that the meeting took place. Your Assessor will observe you during this task and record your behaviours to confirm that you meet the requirements of this task
