Part B: Task Instruction

You are required to design and develop an emergency evacuation policy and procedure for your simulated work space area and then record yourself enacting the emergency procedures you have written about.

1. You will need to fill in the template of an Emergency Policy and Procedure template ensuring that you have completed each section.
2. Please ensure you have given your Policy and Procedure a title and include the key stakeholders under roles and responsibilities.
3. Please identify any key terms that you are using (e.g., Emergency situation, Flood, Fire).
4. Once your template has been completed, video record yourself enacting the Policy and Procedure (no longer than 10 minutes).

During the observation your assessor will be looking to see that you can complete the following:

Remain calm during an emergency situation.

Understand and comply with the emergency policy and procedure they have created

Submission Requirements - Part B:

• Video recording of the task (no greater than 10 minutes) in mp4 format

Completed Policy and Procedure template
