A) Cash Value of Common Shares
Each employee who has either Level 1 or Level 2 security clearance, will receive $26000 of company stock issued as common shares.
B) A cash bonus paid immediately based on the employee's performance rating from the previous year and their tenure (years of service).
NOTE: This will be paid ONLY to Level 2 security clearance employees based on the table below.
