Memory Access with Conditional Operations:

Read a byte from a specified memory location labeled operand.

Implement conditional memory access: if the byte read from memory is more significant

than a certain threshold $($e$.$g$.,128),$ then write the data in another memory location called

more and on Green LEDs; otherwise, if equal or less than the threshold, write it in

another memory location called less and display it on RED LEDs.
