McAfee utilizes Amazon Elastic Block Store $($Amazon EBS$)$ to achieve greater scalability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency for their database needs and align with modern cloud computing solutions. McAfee used Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud $($Amazon EC$2)$ to empower their services' workload and availability, which offers a wide selection of instance types with varying CPU, memory, storage, and networking capabilities. By using AWS, McAfee can deploy their applications closer to end$-$users for lower latency, optimize performance, and maintain various industry compliance and regulations.
