• Do you currently use a cloud system for saving your files (such as Google Drive or OneDrive)?
• Do you have any security measures in place to protect your files, such as passwords?
• What two improvements can you make to your electronic filing system?

How do you currently manage your physical files:

• Do you have a file cabinet, file box, file folder, or firebox, or what is the location where you keep your physical copies?
• Do you use hanging file folders, file folders, or dividers?
• Are your files kept in a secure location where no one else can access them without your knowledge?
• Are your physical copies protected from food/drink, weather elements, and/or emergencies (such as a fire)?
• What two improvements can you make to your physical filing system?

Part II - File Sharing Experience & Research

• What experience do you have with using electronic file sharing?

  • Which one is your favorite?
  • What do you like about your favorite?
• Research two file-sharing applications that you have never used, and answer the following:
  • Is the file-sharing application for individual use or collaboration (group use)?
  • What software is required?
  • Is it a cloud service?
  • What cost is associated with use?
  • What is the storage capacity that is allowed?
  • Would you ever consider using this file-sharing application?
