1. Identify a learner cohort.
a. Describe the key characteristics of a real or simulated cohort of learners who may want (or need) to attain an AQF qualification that is relevant to your industry or area of expertise. To do this, answer the questions below.
Guidance:

You may describe real learners in your workplace, or describe a realistic, simulated learner cohort.
The learner cohort may be narrow (e.g. a specific group of learners who are currently working in a particular role), or broad (e.g. members of the public with diverse backgrounds and skills).
