1. Listed below are the activities that are required to complete the software development project which has been assigned to Engr. Ulymarl. After getting the project, the management is requiring to do the visual representation of the activities that will show the earliest possible completion time. Part of the requirement of the management is for him to identify the activities which are very critical to the project so that strong support can be given in term of monitoring those activities, On the other hand, they also want to know activities that can be delayed for some time which will not affect the overall project completion.
