Sophia is a manager at a global tech company with a team of employees from various cultural backgrounds, including colleagues from Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, India, Brazil, China, and Germany. The team has been working on an international project, and they are scheduled to present their progress to upper management. Sophia notices that some of her team members seem less engaged in meetings, and there are misunderstandings regarding the team$$s goals. Some members are hesitant to speak up$,$ while others dominate the conversation, leading to frustration. Sophia realizes that her team$$s communication issues are partly due to their cultural differences.
