Read the instructions in the MS PowerPoint tutorial (i.e., Assignment_3 task_analysis_excel_tutorial.pptx), regarding how to compute the means and standard deviations (SD). Then, use the data provided in the MS Excel file (i.e., Assignment_3 task_analysis_data.xlsx) to compute the mean and SD for each of the task statements provided.

Questions and Deliverable:

Which task had the highest mean? Which task had the lowest mean?

Which task had the highest SD? Which task had the lowest SD? What do these SDs indicate?

Based on the means and SDs, which three tasks would you definitely retain? Which three tasks would you definitely remove? Why?

* Note - 1-5 criticality rating scale, where 1 indicates very low 14 criticality and 5 indicates very high criticality
