PART II: $3$ BY $8$ DECODER

Construct a $3$ by $8$ Decoder using two $2$ by $4$ Decoders. Note there are two $2$ by $4$ Decoders on the $74139$ chip. You will also need an inverter.

The block diagram for a $38$ Decoder with Enable would look like this:

Build upon the circuit which was constructed in Part I

Connect A$1$ to A$2$

Connect B$1$ to B$2$

Connect G$1$ to the input of an Inverter. Connect the output of the inverter to G$2$

Connect the data outputs of the second decoder to the LED's:
