File weather.txt on Blackboard contains a date followed by an unknown number of lines of weather data listing a town name from three sites (Bangor, Brewer, or Orono), wind speed (mph), wind direction, temperature (Fahrenheit) and name of reporter. All entries are from the same month but do not assume the data set will always be for February (as in this particular data set). Names contain at least two parts separated by a blank. Assume no internal blanks in names.

Methods:

Code should use the following methods placed in the main application. Use of class-level variables is not allowed; instead practice calling the methods and pass the arguments to the parameters. Do not change the methods in any way; your task is to implement the method, honoring the POST comment. Be sure to include PRE/POST comments in your code. You do not need to check that the PRE comment is honored, as this code assumes valid data in the file.

I'm struggling writing the code for this assignment, please help.

I believe the delimiter is a "/" . so it would probably look like use.Delimiter("/")
