Once the bill received from the client, bill required to be investigated for incompatibility. The investigation may consequence in either of these three choices: first there are no incompatibility, in which case the bill is posted; second there are incompatibility but these can be modified, in which case the bill is re-sent to the client; and third there are incompatibility but these cannot be modified, in which the situation the bill is stopped. When one of these three activities is executed, the bill is blocked and the process concludes. (Marking Scheme: 10 marks =3 marks for process + 3 for process + 2 mark for relationship + 2 mark for cardinality)
