Part One Based on the guest lecture, you will write a document outlining: a summary of the project the Guest Speaker spoke about and the main points that the speaker raised during the presentation. those aspects of the presentations that resonated with you and caused you to think about your future as a Project Management personnel; a reflection of your experiences in relation to what the speaker spoke about; the connections you were able to make with the relevance of Organizational Beh. (OB) and Project Management (PM) in the "real" world. Here you need to write about the definitions, concepts, and theories etc., in OB that you saw coming out of the Guest Speaker's presentation; and the lessons you have taken away from the presentation that you could apply in your future role as a Project Management personnel
