Part Two $-$ Project Milestones WBS $($Work Breakdown Structure$)$

As part of your Statement of Work for your project, you will create a Work Breakdown Structure $($WBS$).$ The WBS allows project managers to compose all tasks of the projects into smaller components to ensure a more manageable project$($s$).$ The WBS should meet the following requirements:

Include all tasks, activities, and milestones required to complete the project.

It should be organized in a logical hierarchical structure, clearly depicting the breakdown of tasks.

Each task in the WBS is accurately identified and described.

It should include any information beyond the pre$-$set template, such as additional tasks, activities, and milestones needed to complete the project.
