One month has passed, and the commercial project is now running efficiently. The project is currently at fixing stage. The project is progressing on time, however there is a budget deficit of $50,000

Meet with your "Project Team" to participate in a continuous improvement meeting, and review the project outcomes of the Commercial Project.

Your assessor will divide the class in to groups of 4-5 simulating team members.

In this continuous improvement meeting, you will need to:

• Communicate shortfalls identified in the quality management plan in part 1 of this task
• Review the project outcomes and determine if the implemented changes have benefited the project
