Parties B and S execute this signed, dated writing: WITNESSETH: The undersigned parties B and S do now agree and commit themselves to the terms, provisions, promises, undertakings, covenants, and representations hereinafter set forth: Item First: For and to the benefit of Party B, on a regular basis, pursuant to a regular and structured schedule and agenda, for one year, devoting during that period no less than ten hours weekly, Party S will undertake to tutor, teach, school and instruct Party B's minor child [name] in the art and skill of deportment, social propriety, proper dress, behavior and appearance.
