PDSA is a four-stage, iterative problem-solving model that is used for improving processes and carrying out change. This exercise is meant to provide an experience in applying the PDSA cycle. Find a work-related scenario where you or someone you know have implemented a plan that didnt work in the first cycle. Clearly describe the scenario/problem that should ideally be from a specific Middle eastern based facility. Develop the PDSA cycle of the scenario for at least three cycles. Use the PDSA template discussed in the class. Document your findings and comment on how PDSA cycle can be used in lean six sigma projects.
